The LadyHawks Training program is designed to have the athletes prepared for the demands of the season in a small group setting.
With the main goal being Injury Prevention, this 8 week training program will increase each athlete’s strength and quality of movement with the ability to individualize the training to meet the needs of each player.
Alternating weeks between training Acceleration Running technique and Multi-Directional movement skills, the athlete will not only get faster but much more efficient in their movement.
A strong and stable core will be emphasized and trained each week, as well as conditioning so that each athlete will be able to not only withstand the demands of the game but also be able to perform at their best for the entire duration.
Space is limited to 10 players each in the U15 and U19 age group.
