Brynne Yarranton Lacrosse Training

Brynne YarrantonLacrosse is a power sport, and the Olympic Lifts are a great tool to train and increase power production.

Brynne has committed to Boston University and has been training with me for over 2 years now. Here is a video of her performing the Hang Clean with 100lbs.

Extremely impressive! A great week at The Dynamic Athlete with many athletes posting personal bests as the summer approaches.
