Why re-invent the wheel?

Our training programs have been proven to work with our athletes. Now we are going to use the same style and program with you in our Adult Training Program.

We have proven ourselves by getting great RESULTS training Athletes from 10 year old house-league players all the way to Professionals and everyone in-between.

Now we are going to take that same proven training system and apply it to you, ‘The Dynamic Adult!’ and help TRANSFORM lives!

Our style of delivery will not change. You will work hard, but you will have FUN. And you will get RESULTS!

The training is all encompassing and will work to improve each athletes Joint Mobility/Stability, Core Strength, Power, and Conditioning.

You can choose to train 1 session/week or up to as many as 3 times per week.

Program Details

Days*: Tuesday/Thursday 8pm, Saturday 8am
Cost: $100/Month+HST (1x/Week) or $150/Month+HST (Unlimited)
Duration: 3 Month minimum agreement.

*Additional Dates/Times to be added by demand!
