Mobility, Strength Training, Fat Loss, Muscle Gain. As space is limited to 8 you will receive individualized training in a fun, energetic, group environment.

Days/Time: Mondays/Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm.
Ends: Wednesday May 18th, 2016
